Sticky questions
Can I buy directly on the website?
Not here. Everything we make is personalized, so instead of a checkout we use a request form. Send your idea and we'll reach out with details and a quote.
Where are you located? Do you ship?
We're in South Florida, and we ship anywhere in the United States.
How early should I place my order?
The earlier the better, especially around Christmas. Put your date in the form and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can I send my own design or inspiration?
Yes, please do. Upload a picture in the form or describe it, and we'll turn it into something that matches your party.
What does "3D" mean in your products?
Some of our pieces are 3D printed, which lets us create custom shapes, names, toppers and characters you won't find in a store.
